1.3. "Vendor" refers to any restaurant, grocery store, butcher, or clothing vendor listed on Zaykaexpress for the sale of products.
1.4. "Delivery" refers to the transportation of goods from the vendor to the user’s specified location.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zaykaexpress. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.
2.3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3. Services Provided
3.1. Product Categories: Zaykaexpress provides delivery services for food, groceries, meat, and clothing.
3.2. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver:
30 minutes for food, groceries, and meat in specified locations.
60 minutes for clothing in metro cities.
3.3. Product Availability: All product availability is subject to stock, location, and vendor availability.
3.4. Geographical Limits: Delivery availability is restricted to certain areas as indicated on the platform.
4. Order and Payment
4.1. Order Placement: All orders placed via Zaykaexpress are subject to acceptance by the vendor. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is accepted.
4.2. Pricing: All prices shown are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
4.3. Payment Methods: Payment can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment gateways.
4.4. Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize Zaykaexpress to charge the corresponding amount for your order.
5. Delivery Policy
5.1. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including address, contact number, and special instructions.
5.2. Delivery Window: Zaykaexpress strives to meet the specified delivery window, but unforeseen events (e.g., weather, traffic, etc.) may cause delays.
5.3. Failed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to receive your order or the address is incorrect, the delivery may be canceled, and charges may apply.
5.4. Delivery Issues: In case of any delivery issues, please contact customer support immediately. We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation by User: Users can cancel an order before it is confirmed by the vendor. Once confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds for canceled or returned items will be processed in accordance with Zaykaexpress’s refund policy. Refunds may take up to 7 business days.
6.3. Non-refundable Items: Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, prepared food) may not be eligible for a refund.
6.4. Refund Requests: To request a refund, users must contact customer support within 24 hours of the delivery.
7. User Conduct
7.1. Respectful Behavior: You agree to use Zaykaexpress only for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in activities that may harm the platform, its users, or vendors.
7.2. Prohibited Activities: Any attempt to manipulate the platform, including fraudulent orders, abusive behavior, or disrupting services, will result in account suspension or termination.
7.3. Feedback and Reviews: Users may leave feedback or reviews for vendors and services, provided that the content is truthful, respectful, and complies with our guidelines.
8. Vendor Responsibilities
8.1. Product Quality: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and legality of the products they sell.
8.2. Timely Delivery: Vendors must meet delivery commitments and update inventory accurately.
8.3. Compliance: Vendors must comply with applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and distribution of products.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Liability for Third-Party Services: Zaykaexpress is not responsible for third-party content, services, or products available through the platform.
9.2. Force Majeure: Zaykaexpress will not be liable for any delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.3. Limitation on Claims: Zaykaexpress’s maximum liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid for the order in dispute.
