At ZaykaExpress, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. However, if an issue arises, we have a clear refund policy in place.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order Not Delivered – If your order was not delivered due to a vendor or delivery partner issue.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Order – If the received order is significantly different from what was placed (wrong item, missing items, or damaged goods).

  • Order Canceled by ZaykaExpress – If we cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the customer provided an incorrect address or was unavailable for delivery.

  • If the cancellation request was made after the vendor started preparing the order.

  • If the product was delivered in proper condition but was refused by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery.

  • Customers can request a refund through the ZaykaExpress app or by contacting customer support at zaykaexpress1@gmail.com. or live chat in app

  • Our team will verify the claim and respond within 3 to7 business days. or instant.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days.or instant.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or app wallet (UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be provided as ZaykaExpress  app wallet credits or bank transfer.
