A refund may be issued in the following cases:
Order Not Delivered – If your order was not delivered due to a vendor or delivery partner issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Order – If the received order is significantly different from what was placed (wrong item, missing items, or damaged goods).
Order Canceled by ZaykaExpress – If we cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
A refund will not be provided in the following situations:
If the customer provided an incorrect address or was unavailable for delivery.
If the cancellation request was made after the vendor started preparing the order.
If the product was delivered in proper condition but was refused by the customer.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery.

Our team will verify the claim and respond within 3 to7 business days. or instant.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days.or instant.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or app wallet (UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be provided as ZaykaExpress app wallet credits or bank transfer.
